Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how RankKar ("we", "us") handles refunds and cancellations for paid subscriptions to the RankKar service (https://rankkar.app). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights in your country (including cooling-off or statutory warranty rules) may apply in addition to this Policy. Nothing here limits those non-waivable rights.

3. General rule

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law, where our payment partner policies require a different treatment, or where we approve an exception under Section 4.

4. When we may approve a refund

We may agree to a full or partial refund or account credit on a case-by-case basis, for example:

  • Duplicate charges or clear billing errors on our side.
  • You were unable to use core paid features for a sustained period due to a verified fault in the Service and we could not reasonably restore access.
  • Other exceptional circumstances we communicate in writing.

5. What we usually do not refund

  • Partial months or partial years after you have had active access to paid features.
  • Dissatisfaction that does not involve a verified technical failure covered above.
  • Issues caused by misuse, third-party review platforms, or internet connectivity beyond our control.
  • Plan downgrades or cancellations after benefits were already provided for the period charged.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@rankkar.app from your account email (or identify your account clearly) and include the charge date, amount, and reason. We encourage you to contact us within 14 days of the charge; requests submitted later are less likely to be approved unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Processing

If we approve a refund, our payment processor will typically credit the original payment method within roughly 7–14 business days; your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time using the billing controls we provide (or by emailing us). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period unless Section 3 or 4 applies.
