1. Who we are

2. Description of the Service

RankKar is a software platform that helps businesses collect structured customer feedback after a visit or purchase, generate QR codes and hosted pages for that purpose, and optionally surface a link to your public listing (for example Google Business Profile) where customers may choose to leave a review. Features (including AI-assisted drafting and team tools) depend on your plan.

The Service is not marketed or sold as an automated system to purchase, exchange, or artificially increase reviews, likes, ratings, or other social engagement. The Service does not post reviews on your behalf and does not guarantee any specific rating, ranking, or business outcome.

3. Your responsibilities and review platforms

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for compliance with all laws and platform rules that apply to you, including the policies of Google and any other review or maps provider whose links or widgets you use (including rules on soliciting reviews, incentives, disclosures to customers, and authentic feedback).

• You must not use the Service to post fake reviews, to mislead consumers, or to engage in fraud or harassment.
• You must not offer incentives that violate applicable platform policies (for example, paying for or conditioning a public review in a prohibited way).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of URLs, business identifiers, and content you configure in the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or exposing us or others to legal or compliance risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

5. Account registration and security

You may register with email, phone, compatible single sign-on (e.g. Google), and password where available. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@rankkar.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. User content and licence

You retain ownership of business profile data, branch details, feedback collected through your flows, and other material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Plans, billing, and changes

We offer free and paid plans with published limits and features. Paid subscriptions bill on the cycle you choose (e.g. monthly or annual) through our payment provider. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change plans or pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

8. Cancellation and downgrades

You may cancel a paid plan according to in-product or billing instructions to stop future renewals. Access to paid features typically continues until the end of the current billing period. Downgrades may immediately or progressively limit features; we are not liable for business impact from plan changes you request or from non-renewal.

9. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service, probe or circumvent security, overload our infrastructure, scrape the Service in violation of these Terms, resell access without agreement, or use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity. You will comply with our Acceptable Use expectations in Sections 3 and 9 together.

10. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third parties (hosting, payments, email, AI providers, sign-in providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party products, review platforms, or changes they make.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the Service will meet your business objectives.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the Service or third-party review outcomes. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period (or zero if the Service was free). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us and our directors, officers, and employees against third-party claims and costs arising from your use of the Service, your user content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or laws, including review-platform policies, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Pakistan have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rules.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.
